Hours of the Expo are as follows for all Orlando, Florida Bird Expos
Vendor Setup 12 pm till 9 pm Saturday
open to Vendors 6 am be set up by 8:45 Sunday
open to the public 9 am till 4 pm Sundays

All Events in Orlando - Orlando, FL - Exotic Bird Society of America - La Quinta Inn 626 Lee Road - Fri-Sat-Sun - We have 200 rooms and are pet friendly. We would love to host the attendees of the shows in Orlando. - Contact Front Desk 407-645-5600 and tell them you are with the Bird Show at the Fairgrounds you will get the rooms for $55.00 each per day and that includes a continental breakfast with coffee, tea, juice, milk, waffles, bagels, cereal and more.
From the Fairgrounds go East on hwy 50 Turn Left onto FL-423 N/John Young pkwy Continue to follow FL-423 N for 5.3 miles La Quinta will be on your right just before you get to the I-4 overpass - web site lqinn.com

If space is paid for after the 30 day dead line or the day of the Event you must add $10.00 per space to the cost of the spaces

If you would like to know who is in a space next to you. All you have to do is click on where it says "Space Number" and we will re-sort this list by the space number for you. If you would like for it to go back to the way it was just click on where it says "Company Name or Personal Name" and it will re-sort the list back to alphabetical order for you.
